The Ryugyong Hotel building was supposed to be the tallest hotel in the world and the 7th tallest skyscraper in the world. It is currently the 46th tallest building in Asia and the 59th tallest in the world. However, it is the only hotel with over a hundred floors.

One of the famous landmarks of the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, is the Sultan Abdul Samad Palace located on Independence Square (Dataran Merdeka). style was built according to the design of the British architect Arthur Norman.

The Sultan Abdul Samad Building has a façade length of 137 metres. At the time of its completion, it was the largest brick building in Kuala Lumpur. It was first the British colonial administration, then the Malaysian judiciary, and now houses the Ministry of Information, Communications and Culture.
