The technological maturity of Italian companies in a new SAP study

Is it possible to do business intelligently? To answer this question and help companies understand what measures and solutions to adopt to transform into an Intelligent Enterprise , SAP commissioned IDC to conduct a " SME Radar " study. This survey involved 224 Italian companies to determine their level of intelligence across five scenarios: Technology Platforms, Customer Experience, Smart Manufacturing, Smart HR, and Smart Procurement.

In particular, the study focused on five dimensions: Technological Platforms, Customer Experience, Smart Manufacturing, Smart HR, and Smart Procurement, closely examining both the sensitivity to new technological solutions (from Cloud to Big Data to High Performance Analytics) and the managerial practices that companies intend to build on these platforms (from Customer Journey to Industry 4.0 to Talent Management).
The Gerolamo Theater served as the exceptional stage for presenting the research findings, hosting the “ Destinazione Impresa Intelligente ” (Intelligent Enterprise Destination) meeting. This event is part of the “Intelligent SMEs” initiative and featured prominent national manufacturing companies such as Caffè Moak, Olio Farchioni, Fiorini Packaging, GPack, and Omet Group.
